The short version

Acre Tracker is a digital product you use right away. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if it's not right for your operation, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Acre Tracker, contact us at sales@acretracker.com within 14 days of your purchase date and request a refund. We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. We may ask a short question or two about what didn't work for you — feedback helps us improve — but a reason is not required for a refund within the 14-day window.

After 14 days

Because Acre Tracker is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally final after the 14-day window, except where a refund is required by law. If you believe there are special circumstances (for example, a technical problem we could not resolve), email us — we review these case by case and try to do right by our customers.

Founding members

Founding-member purchases are covered by the same 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Founding pricing applies to your initial term; see the Terms of Service for renewal details.

Annual plans and renewals

Plans do not automatically renew, so there are no surprise renewal charges. Refund requests apply to the current term's purchase.

Technical issues

If the app won't open or a feature isn't working, please reach out before requesting a refund — most issues are quick to fix, and we'd rather get you up and running. Acre Tracker runs in a standard web browser and does not require installation.

How to request a refund

Email sales@acretracker.com from the address used to purchase, with your order number. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the license being deactivated.
